To detect microscopic leak by using diluted hydrogen (mixture of Nitrogen 95% and Hydrogen 5%) as tracer gas

Use of low-cost industrial gas (Nitrogen 95% and Hydrogen 5%) as tracer gas and the sensor detects nothing but the hydrogen makes the high sensitivity leak detection.
Fast recovery time enables the quick return to high sensitivity leak detection even when that huge leak occurs,.
