We will issue the Inspection Record only for gauges that have their identification numbers (serial numbers) shown on them. When the pressure gauge to be inspected does not have its serial number on it, inform us beforehand. Cosmo will issue an identification number. (The number cannot be issued on-site.)

< Span Adjustment >
We do not conduct span adjustment as a rule.
For span adjustment, contact us beforehand. We will respond on a case-by-case basis.
– We may ask you to submit to us material that clearly shows how the span should be adjusted.
– If the accuracy specification is not clear, we will use our specification to make pass/fail judgment on the accuracy.

Transportation and Travel Expenses(On-site)

* Basically, our travel time is limited within our normal business hours (8:30 to 17:30).
If we need to travel early in the morning or at night, we may require accommodation.
You will be charged for the accommodation.

When a sufficient number of personnel is required to inspect many number of testers, we may procure them from more than one office.
In such cases, the travel, transportation and accommodation expenses will be calculated and charged for the distances between the customer’s site and the each office.

*1: For P2 and PV models, PS (Test Pressure Sensor) is inspected for both the positive and negative pressures. The price for multi-range inspection is additionally charged.
*2: For Air Leak Testers of high pressure range, we do not conduct the Analog pressure gauge accuracy check, PS accuracy check and No-leak Check at customers’ facilities. In case those checks are required, we will conduct them only within the pressure available at the facilities of the customers’. The price for the services for the standard pressure range will be charged.
*3: Normally we only provide in-house inspection.
*4: The on-site test specification for the Flow accuracy check is “±1.5 % of F.S. ±1 digit”. (It is not same as the test specification for in-house inspection.)
*5: In on-site inspection, up to 1 MPa can be inspected. (We will NOT provide on-site inspection for the testers using the absolute pressure scale.)
