Cosmo Calculation Equations for Air Leak Testing

Calculation Sheet on the Web

Three types of calculations are available.

To select a suitable Leak Master (LM-1C-J1 series), use the Leak Master Selection.

【How to use】
・Enter single-byte numbers in all white boxes.
・Press the Calculation button to display the result in the gray box.
・When the Delete button is displayed, pressing it will erase all input values and results.

Leak Master Selection

Calculate the differential pressure values for the leak rates shown in the LM-1C-J1 Series Data Table below.

【How to use】
・Enter values for Equivalent Internal Volume/Detection Time in single-byte numbers.
・Select the value for Test Pressure from the drop-down.
・Calculation result will be automatically displayed.
・For measuring the equivalent internal volume, a Leak Master that generates a differential pressure (Pa) of 100 to 500 Pa is suitable.
