Due to the recent shortage of semiconductors and resin materials, it is difficult to obtain some of the parts used in our products. Availability of the parts is significantly deteriorating day by day, making production very difficult.

We regret to inform that we may not be able to provide our products as requested by customers.
If we are unable to provide the product you want, we will offer the alternative products.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this unusual situation of parts supply shortage.

1. Our Production Lead Time
There seems to be no prospect for the normalization of parts procurement.
It is taking a long time for us to procure the parts.
For the production lead time, contact our sales persons.

2. Our Future Schedule
We are working to secure parts and strengthening production to improve delivery time.
However, we have not yet received assurances from suppliers.
We are uncertain when we can improve the delivery time.
We will inform you as soon as the situation of delivery time changes.
