Leak Master LM-1C / LM-1AH for high pressure

Features

* Three models are available:
LM-1C: Customized to the specified pressure and flow, LM-1C-J1 series: Standard model with predetermined flow, LM-1AH for high pressure from 1 MPa to 4.9 Mpa.

● Customized to the specified pressure and flow.

● Accuracy (Difference from the required flow): Within ±5%
For 2 mL/min or less: Within ±10 to 20%.
* High pressure LM: For 0.1 to 0.7 mL/min: Within ±20%, For 0.8 to 50 mL/min: Within ±10%

● Enables to easily and reliably check the sensitivity of Air Leak Testers.

● Maintains the same flow for a long period of time.

● Can also be used for the Secondary Pressure method.

● Can be connected to the CAL port of Air Leak Testers.

● Can be connected to the piping between the work and the tester by using the dedicated adapter.

● By replacing the Leak Master with the dedicated plug, the tester can easily return to the normal test state (no leak state).

● Traceability certificate is available upon request.

LM-1C Series Specifications

The LM-1C Series is used as an ideal determination device, so it can be manufactured with your desired leak volume.Please specify test pressure and leak volume in the range below when ordering.

Manufactured with requested leak volume in the below accuracy.
・For flow rate 2 mL/min or above, manufactured within ±5% accuracy
・For flow rate 0.8 mL/min or above, manufactured within ±10% accuracy
・For flow rate less than 0.8 mL/min, manufactured at ±20% accuracy
Configuration: LM-1C (with filter joint/clear cover)
Accessories (adapter/plug/filter element/O-ring)

LM-1C-J1 Series Specifications

LM-1C-J1 Series are standardized Leak Masters as shown on the table below.
A data sheet showing actually measured or calculated flows at the test pressure points in the table below will be enclosed.
This series are an ideal standard for the calibration of the air leak tester sensitivity.

LM-1AH Specifications

Use the LM-1AH for high pressure.
The pressure is available from 1 to 4.9 MPa. Check the specified flow at high pressure.
